本課程聚焦AI技術、永續發展與地緣政治三大核心，幫助企業主與高階主管在全球供應鏈重組與碳中和壓力下掌握策略轉型契機，強化組織韌性與國際競爭力。課程將結合產業實例、策略工具、國際案例與AI實作，促進從宏觀洞察到落地執行的整合能力。
This course focuses on the three core cores of AI technology, sustainable development and geopolitics, and helps corporate leaders and senior executives master strategic transformation under the global supply chain reorganization and carbon neutrality pressure, and strengthen organizational integrity and international competition. The course combines industry examples, strategic tools, international cases and AI implementation to promote integrated capabilities from macro insights to implementation.
