課程簡介：
本課程將介紹公司財務的功能與內容，透過個案的研討，讓學生思考如何將財務專業引入公司的經營，創造公司最高的價值。本課程闡述公司財務的工作內容與涵蓋範圍，使學生對於財務的功能有正確的認知。由於公司的目標就是要創造公司價值，因此本課程亦會使學生從簡單的價值觀念開始，到最後理解創造價值策略的形成。縱使學生本身並非從事財務工作，亦可透過本課程瞭解如何判斷公司是否健全與是否是具有價值，進而輔助本身的財務能力，課程主題包括財務報表分析、投資評估、融資決策與股利政策等。此外，本課程亦從宏觀經濟角度切入，透過金融時事與國際經濟個案導讀，深入剖析全球主要經濟與金融議題，培養學員結合宏觀經濟與政策因素，制訂更有效的國際投資決策與企業營運資金管理策略，內容涵蓋利率、匯率、物價、金融危機，貨幣與財政政策，以利學生能夠建立具理論與實務的一致性。Course introduction:
This course will introduce the functions and content of the company's financial affairs. Through case discussion, students will think about how to introduce financial expertise into the company's business and create the highest value of the company. This course describes the work content and coverage of the company's financial business, so that students can have a correct understanding of the functions of financial business. Since the company's goal is to create company value, this course will also enable students to start with a simple value concept and finally understand the formation of a value creation strategy. This allows students to do not work in financial work. They can also learn how to determine whether the company is sound and valuable, and thus contribute to their financial capabilities. The themes of the course include financial report analysis, investment evaluation, financing decisions and dividend policies.
