本課程目的在協助管理學門之碩士生認識與了解企業研究方法的內容,並透過課程之進行逐步知曉研究之成形步驟,以建立與培養研究相關之知識基礎與操作程序。本課程內容包括理論建構與研究設計兩個部分,第一階段著重研究問題的尋找與研究架構的確認,屬於理論層次的建構;第二階段則進入理論的具象化,如何透過研究設計落實理論的驗證,讓上課同學了解到何謂研究,以累積個人研究能力,有助於日後論文之撰寫。The purpose of this course is to assist cadets in management to understand and understand the content of corporate research methods, and to carry out the step-by-step knowledge research formation step through the course to establish knowledge foundation and operation procedures related to cultivation research. The content of this course includes two parts: theoretical structure and research design. The first stage focuses on finding research questions and confirming research structures, which belongs to the construction of the theoretical level; the second stage enters the concreteization of theory, and how to implement theoretical verification through research designs to let students in the previous class understand what research is, and to accumulate personal research ability, it will help the writing of future papers.
本課程是研究方法的基礎課程,課程目的是要讓研究所學生具備進行企業管理領域研究的基本觀念、知識及技能。因此課程目標在讓修課同學能夠:
1. 建立企業研究之基本概念。
2. 熟悉企業研究之程序。
3. 瞭解各種研究之設計。
4. 學會衡量方法、問卷設計及抽樣。
5. 簡介質化研究方法及各種數量分析方法。
本課程將利用教師課程講授、研究論文研討、上機實習、及進行研究報告等方法,培養修課同學研究方法的基本觀念、知識及技能,以便有基本的能力閱讀企業管理領域的論文,並奠定進行企業管理領域研究的基礎。
This course is a basic course of research methods. The purpose of the course is to enable the students of the institute to have the basic concepts, knowledge and skills to conduct corporate management research. Therefore, the course goal is to allow students in the course to:
1. Establish the basic concept of enterprise research.
2. Be familiar with the procedures of enterprise research.
3. Understand the design of various researches.
4. Learn how to measure, questionnaire design and sampling.
5. Introduction to quality research methods and various quantitative analysis methods.
This course will use teacher course lectures, research and discussions, study and conduct research reports and other methods to cultivate the basic concepts, knowledge and skills of the research methods in the course, so as to have the basic ability to read articles in the field of enterprise management and lay the foundation for conducting research in the field of enterprise management.
