數位經濟下,企業的數位轉型勢在必行,即使在台灣醫療業界,近年來數位轉型議題已掀起莫大聲浪,例如精準醫療或智慧醫療,都是因數位科技的不斷創新而產生許多巨大的醫療變革。隨著企業大多數的競爭對手不斷創新,而大多數的顧客與營運流程已經上線,任何企業必須思考如何數位創新與轉型以優化營運流程、增加客戶體驗、再造商業模式,否則將會徹底失去市場的競爭力。然而企業的數位轉型是一項巨大且困難的挑戰,特別是資源有限的中小型醫療企業,對於數位轉型的策略方案必須審慎規劃與執行。

企業數位轉型為數位創新與變革管理的結合,其焦點不在於引進新的數位科技而已,更重要的是因應數位經濟浪潮的重大衝擊,企業若要永續經營所必須進行的數位創新與變革管理,本課程主要聚焦於醫療產業的企業數位轉型,除了介紹數位轉型與變革管理的基本觀念與知識外,並藉由醫療企業的數位轉型專案的實作,培養學生主動探索、團隊合作及創新思考的能力與態度,期能根據企業的經營目標,發展數位轉型與變革之策略方案,展開企業升級轉型之旅,提升企業在國際市場的競爭力。

In the digital economy, digital transformation of enterprises is imperative. Even in Taiwan's medical industry, digital transformation issues have caused a lot of noise in recent years, such as precision medicine or smart medicine. Both are due to the continuous innovation of digital technology and have produced many huge medical changes. As most of the company's competitors continue to innovate, and most customers and operational processes have gone online, any company must think about how to digitally innovate and transform to optimize operational processes, increase customer experience, and reinvent business models, otherwise it will completely lose its market competitiveness. However, digital transformation of enterprises is a huge and difficult challenge, especially for small and medium-sized medical enterprises with limited resources. Strategic plans for digital transformation must be carefully planned and executed.

Enterprise digital transformation is a combination of digital innovation and change management. Its focus is not just on the introduction of new digital technologies, but more importantly, in response to the major impact of the digital economy wave, digital innovation and change management must be carried out if enterprises want to operate sustainably. This course mainly focuses on enterprise digital transformation in the medical industry. In addition to introducing digital transformation and In addition to the basic concepts and knowledge of change management, and through the implementation of digital transformation projects in medical companies, students will develop their abilities and attitudes in active exploration, teamwork and innovative thinking. It is expected that students can develop strategic plans for digital transformation and change based on the company's business goals, embark on a journey of corporate upgrading and transformation, and enhance the company's competitiveness in the international market.
