玄學是魏晉時期的主要思潮，本課程將深入研究魏晉玄學的淵源、發展及理論，使學生能充分了解玄學內容，以及玄學在中國思想史上的價值與意義。在探究玄學理論後，進而結合魏晉時期文學作品與文學理論，專題探討魏晉玄學與文學之關係。俾使學生經此課程，對魏晉玄學思想有全面性的掌握，並對魏晉文學的發展流變有更深入的剖析。進而評價魏晉時期在中國文化史、文學史與思想史上的地位與影響。
課程教授以閱讀相關原典與重要論著為主要方式，以魏晉時期玄學論述、文學作品及理論為討論範圍。內容論及玄學的定義與產生之因，對玄學的主要論題概述後，以玄學史分期的方式深入專論各期玄學理論，其後再擴及玄學影響下的文學面向與理論內涵等課題。Xuanxue was the main trend of thought during the Wei Dynasty. This course will conduct in-depth study of the pure source, development and theory of Wei Dynasty Xuanxue, so that students can fully understand the content of Xuanxue and the value and meaning of Xuanxue in the history of Chinese thought. After exploring the theory of metaphysics, we then combined Wei Han's literary works and literary theory in the period, and discussed the relationship between Wei Han's mysterious and literary science in detail. So that students can have a comprehensive grasp of Wei Xuan's thoughts through this course, and have a more in-depth analysis of the development and changes of Wei Xuan's literature. In addition, he evaluated his status and influence in the history of Chinese culture, literature and thought during the period of Wei Dynasty.
The course professor mainly uses reading related original classics and important discussions, and uses the discussion scope of the mysterious theory, literary works and theory of the Wei Dynasty period. After an overview of the main topics of metaphysics, the content and definitions of metaphysics are discussed in depth in the form of metaphysics history, and then the subjects such as literature orientation and theoretical connotation under the influence of metaphysics are expanded.
