教育目標 Course Target
讓學生身體力行感受心肺、肌力與柔軟度進訓練,將理論呈現於實際操作
建立學生正確的教學流程,並能正確控制身體的,正確示範教學動作的細節。
學習如何尊重人體、體會運動效益與得到相對回饋,用正確的健康體適能訓練理論實現與操作落實在生活中
學會評估己的健康體適能,進而利用心肺訓練、阻力訓練與柔軟度訓練來規劃自己的運動課程處方。
課程中加入運動傷害預防、基礎營養學、體重管理與特殊族群運動課程學習,讓學生有能力設計出合宜的運動處方。
Let students practice cardiopulmonary, muscle strength and flexibility training, and present theory into practical operations
Establish correct teaching procedures for students, and be able to correctly control the body and correctly demonstrate the details of teaching movements.
Learn how to respect the human body, experience the benefits of exercise and get relative feedback, and implement correct healthy fitness training theory and operation into daily life
Learn to evaluate your own health and fitness, and then use cardiorespiratory training, resistance training and flexibility training to plan your own exercise program prescription.
Sports injury prevention, basic nutrition, weight management and exercise courses for special ethnic groups are added to the course to enable students to design appropriate exercise prescriptions.
