教育目標 Course Target
目標
主要論述國家意識及全民防衛的概念、內涵與重要性,並介紹國防與經濟、文化、心理的關連,讓學生理解國防事務其實與生活息息相關,加強全民國防意識,增進對國家的認同。
內涵
1.使學生了解國家意識的重要性以及我國國家認同問題。
2.使學生體認全民國防的重要性與效益。
3.使學生認識經濟發展與國家安全的關係,以及我國的經濟安全威脅。
4.使學生理解文化是認同國家意識的基礎,透過文化軟實力可提升國家的競爭力。
5.使學生了解我國面臨的非傳統安全威脅與亞太安全、兩岸情勢,以及當前情勢與全民國防教育的關係。
6.使學生明白軍民一體可實現全民國防的目標,並落實全民國防的作為與成效。
7.使學生認識軍人在敬禮、答禮、稱謂、服裝與行進的規範,以及警衛勤務的重要性與各項規定。
8.使學生了解軍紀教育的意義與形塑基礎,並對國軍申訴制度進行完整的認識。
9.使學生理解軍法教育的基本概念,包含軍法目的與基本概念、陸海空軍懲罰法、陸海空軍刑法等,並對軍事審判法、軍中法律服務,及性別平權與性騷擾防治加以認識;同時以軍法案例的分析與介紹,領導學生合宜的舉止行為。
10.使學生體悟軍紀與國家戰力的關係、軍紀要求的要項,並認識軍法教育的目的和施教作為,以及軍法教育的概要,進而涵養良好的愛國情操。
Target
It mainly discusses the concept, connotation and importance of national awareness and national defense, and introduces the relationship between national defense and economy, culture, and psychology, allowing students to understand that national defense affairs are actually closely related to life, strengthen national defense awareness, and enhance identification with the country.
connotation
1. To enable students to understand the importance of national consciousness and the issue of our country’s national identity.
2. Make students realize the importance and benefits of national defense.
3. To enable students to understand the relationship between economic development and national security, as well as the threats to my country's economic security.
4. Enable students to understand that culture is the basis for national identity, and the country’s competitiveness can be enhanced through cultural soft power.
5. Enable students to understand the relationship between the non-traditional security threats faced by our country, Asia-Pacific security, cross-strait situations, and the current situation and national defense education.
6. Make students understand that the integration of military and civilians can achieve the goal of all-people national defense and implement the actions and results of all-people national defense.
7. Enable students to understand the rules of salutes, responses, titles, clothing and marching of soldiers, as well as the importance and regulations of guard duties.
8. Enable students to understand the significance and shaping basis of military discipline education, and have a complete understanding of the national military grievance system.
9. Enable students to understand the basic concepts of military law education, including the purpose and basic concepts of military law, the Army, Navy and Air Force Punishment Law, the Army, Navy and Air Force Criminal Law, etc., and to understand the military trial law, military legal services, gender equality and sexual harassment prevention; at the same time, use the analysis and introduction of military law cases to guide students in appropriate behavior.
10. Enable students to understand the relationship between military discipline and national combat power, the essential requirements of military discipline, and understand the purpose and teaching practices of military law education, as well as the outline of military law education, so as to cultivate good patriotic sentiments.
課程概述 Course Description
全民國防是近年來在國防事務領域上相當熱門的概念,在意義上與總體國防相近,是由全民共同積極參與,配合國家軍事力量,在經濟戰、社會戰、心理戰等建設性層面強化國防、阻絕侵略。簡單的說,全民國防即是動員全民的力量來完成防衛國家的任務。
「全民國防教育」主要論述國家意識及全民防衛的概念、內涵與重要性,介紹國防與經濟、文化、心理的關聯,並述及我國安全情勢與兩岸情勢等,讓學生理解國防事務其實與生活息息相關,增進對國家的認同。「全民國防教育軍事訓練」篇則介紹軍人禮節、警衛勤務以及軍紀、軍法和愛國教育等課程,為使學生充分理解,特別以國防故事補充說明,讓學生透過故事性的陳述,了解課程重要性。
All-people national defense is a very popular concept in the field of national defense affairs in recent years. It is similar in meaning to overall national defense. It involves the active participation of all people and cooperates with the national military power to strengthen national defense and deter aggression at constructive levels such as economic warfare, social warfare, and psychological warfare. Simply put, national defense means mobilizing the strength of the entire people to complete the task of defending the country.
"National Defense Education" mainly discusses the concept, connotation and importance of national consciousness and national defense, introduces the relationship between national defense and economy, culture, and psychology, and discusses my country's security situation and cross-strait situations, etc., so that students can understand that national defense affairs are actually closely related to life, and enhance their identification with the country. The chapter "National Defense Education and Military Training" introduces courses such as military etiquette, guard duty, military discipline, military law, and patriotic education. In order to enable students to fully understand, national defense stories are supplemented to allow students to understand the importance of the courses through story-telling.
