包括各課之重要詞彙、對話、課文、語法、以及文化介紹，幫助初級學習者增強聽說讀寫能力，使其能使用簡單中文表達自己的意見、喜好、需求、問題或請求協助，同時增加漢字認字量。
The first book of contemporary Chinese courses
Class 7: Go to KTV at 9:00 in the morning
Class 8: Take the train to Tainan
Lesson 9: Where to go for a holiday?
Class 10: Taiwan’s fruits are delicious
Class 11: I want to rent a house
Course 12: How long have you studied Chinese in Taiwan?

Class 14: The weather is so cold
It includes important lyrics, dialogues, lessons, grammar, and cultural introductions in each course, helping beginners to improve their listening and reading skills, so that they can use simple Chinese to express their opinions, preferences, needs, questions or request assistance, and at the same time increase the number of Han characters.
