教育目標 Course Target
科技化時代，生活的壓力提昇，有鑑於近年來年輕人的抗壓性漸低，根據基因理論，綠色是最能療癒身心的色彩，本課程乃透過園藝栽培練習，讓學生瞭解培育綠色植物過程的樂趣，能帶來心靈痊癒的力量。從農業實作過程的喜樂辛酸，體會生活、生產及與環境的互動，深入食農與食作，體驗人與自然的和諧。
In the age of technology, the pressure of life has increased. In view of the fact that young people have become less resistant to stress in recent years. According to genetic theory, green is the most healing color for the body and mind. This course uses gardening cultivation exercises to allow students to understand the joy of the process of cultivating green plants, which can bring about the power of spiritual healing. From the joy and bitterness of the agricultural practice process, you can experience life, production and the interaction with the environment, go deep into food farming and food production, and experience the harmony between man and nature.
