本課程結合音樂治療的基本概念與實務應用，透過音樂引導學生探索並覺察內在情感，提升情緒覺察與自我認識。課程內容包括音樂治療的理論基礎與實務方法，並設計多元體驗活動。此課程介紹音樂治療的核心觀念，並非治療課程，適合對音樂治療及自我探索有興趣的學生選修，無需音樂背景。課程強調參與與體驗，若無法穩定出席，請慎重選課。若對開放性互動與情感探索感到不適，建議選課前評估自身適應度，以確保學習順利。
This course combines the basic concepts and practical applications of music therapy, and guides students to explore and observe internal emotions through music, and enhances emotional observation and self-awareness. The course content includes theoretical foundations and practical methods of music therapy, and designs diverse experience activities. This course introduces the core concept of music therapy, and is not a treatment course. It is suitable for students who are interested in music therapy and self-exploration, without a music background. The course emphasizes participation and experience. If you cannot attend stably, please choose the course carefully. If you feel inappropriate about open interaction and emotional exploration, it is recommended to evaluate your suitability before choosing a course to ensure smooth learning.
