本課程主旨在於透過 認識與理解『綠色餐飲指南』與『國際永續餐飲聯盟』,啟發學員對於綠色及永續生活的想像與真正的實踐行動。
課程前期內容為 :認識全球的綠色飲食浪潮、GDG綠色餐飲指南、SRA國際永續餐飲聯盟
後期將導入生活中隨手可得的元素,引導學員去思考與創作永續飲食的相關作品(例如 發酵康普茶 等)
The purpose of this course is to develop students’ imagination and real action on green and sustainable life through the understanding of the Green Dining Guide and the International Continuing Dining Alliance.
The content of the course is: Understand the global green diet wave, GDG green diet guide, SRA International Continuing Dining Alliance
In the later stage, it will be introduced into elements that are available in life, guiding students to think about related works that create permanent diets (such as fermented kombucha, etc.)
