教育目標 Course Target

本課程主旨在於透過 認識與理解『綠色餐飲指南』與『國際永續餐飲聯盟』,啟發學員對於綠色及永續生活的想像與真正的實踐行動。
課程前期內容為 :認識全球的綠色飲食浪潮、GDG綠色餐飲指南、SRA國際永續餐飲聯盟
後期將導入生活中隨手可得的元素,引導學員去思考與創作永續飲食的相關作品(例如 發酵康普茶 等)

The purpose of this course is to understand and understand the "Green Catering Guide" and "International Sustainable Catering Alliance" to inspire students' imagination and real practical actions for green and sustainable living.
The early content of the course is: Understanding the global trend of green food, GDG Green Food Guide, SRA International Sustainable Catering Alliance
Later, elements readily available in life will be introduced to guide students to think about and create works related to sustainable diet (such as fermented kombucha, etc.)
