本課程旨在引導學生瞭解人工智慧（AI）與智慧財產權的交錯議題，內容涵蓋著作權、專利權、商標權、人格權、公開權（Right of Publicity）等，並延伸討論AI生成內容（AIGC）的法律歸屬與契約安排。課程以法學理論為基礎，結合實務案例與當代趨勢，培養學生解析數位時代智慧財產問題之能力，並提升其數位法治素養與批判思考。

This course aims to guide students to understand the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property rights. The content covers copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, personality rights, right of publicity, etc., and extends to discuss the legal ownership and contractual arrangements of AI-generated content (AIGC). The course is based on legal theory, combined with practical cases and contemporary trends, to cultivate students' ability to analyze intellectual property issues in the digital era, and to enhance their digital legal literacy and critical thinking.
