現今知識經濟全球化，伴隨高齡化、少子化的社會趨勢以及產業結構的快速變遷，出現人才全球移動新現象，新型態的工作種類亦持續增加。尤其在面對Z世代年輕學子，要如何培育未來產業所需的人才與提升生涯競爭力，以因應多元世界的競爭與挑戰，乃是當前各界所需面對之重要課題之一。有鑒於此，本課程將「多元職涯探索、人生設計、與優質企業接軌」設定為發展目標之一，希冀經由自我認識、自我探索並培養當今企業界所需之人才所具備之軟實力及態度，積極走入社會與產業，期培育具有實踐力與終身永續學習之整合型人才。Today's knowledge economy globalization, accompanied by high-end and low-birth social trends and rapid changes in the industry structure, new trends of global movement of talents have emerged, and new types of work have also continued to increase. Especially when facing the younger students of Generation Z, how to cultivate the talents needed for future industries and improve career competitiveness to meet the competition and challenges of the diverse world is one of the important topics that all walks of life need to face. In this regard, this course sets "Diversy Career Exploration, Life Design, and Accompanying with Quality Enterprises" as one of the development goals. We hope to cultivate the practical and attitudes of talents needed by self-awareness, self-exploration and the cultivation of the talents needed by the current enterprise community, and actively enter the society and industry, and cultivate integrated talents with practical strength and continuous learning.
