(一)社會領域目標在於啟發學生承認差異,願意肯定自我、欣賞尊重差異。
(二)引導學生深切認識社會發展與自然環境的關係,並以中部市場作微觀察對象,培養具有永續斯微、社會責任、專業知識、食物技能的跨領域人才。
(三)引發學生對於所處環境與社會想像與關心,進一步培養其社會實踐的動力。最後以自我成長的脈絡紀錄澄清社會責任的價值與意義。
(四) 本課程設計著眼溝通互動為基礎,為學習人與群體互信分工與共享尋找其脈絡;而在創作活動進行的同時,並須創新應變的思維解決問題,以自主行動為基礎,培養獨立堅韌的毅力,強化面對挑戰的決心;同時在社會群體的脈動,充分表現服務的利他精神,循著社會參與的基礎,讓地方人與人的連結得以更加穩固。
(I) The goal of the social field is to initiate students to recognize differences, be willing to affirm themselves and appreciate differences.
(II) Guide students to deeply understand the relationship between social development and the natural environment, and use the central market as a micro-view target to cultivate cross-regional talents with permanent micro-ministering, social responsibility, professional knowledge and food skills.
(III) Induce students to imagine and care about the environment and social environment, and further cultivate their social strength. Finally, the value and meaning of social responsibility are clarified with the self-growth focal record.
(Four) This course designs focus on the perspective of communication and interaction, and finds the connection between the mutual trust between the people and the group; while conducting creative activities, we must innovate and solve problems, base on independent actions, cultivate the perseverance of independent initiatives, and strengthen the determination to face challenges; at the same time, in the social group's initiative, fully demonstrate the altruistic spirit of service, follow the foundation of social participation, and enable the connection between local people and people to be more stable.
