Sustainable Issues in Society

教育目標 Course Target

(一)社會領域目標在於啟發學生承認差異,願意肯定自我、欣賞尊重差異。
(二)引導學生深切認識社會發展與自然環境的關係,並以中部市場作微觀察對象,培養具有永續斯微、社會責任、專業知識、食物技能的跨領域人才。
(三)引發學生對於所處環境與社會想像與關心,進一步培養其社會實踐的動力。最後以自我成長的脈絡紀錄澄清社會責任的價值與意義。
(四) 本課程設計著眼溝通互動為基礎,為學習人與群體互信分工與共享尋找其脈絡;而在創作活動進行的同時,並須創新應變的思維解決問題,以自主行動為基礎,培養獨立堅韌的毅力,強化面對挑戰的決心;同時在社會群體的脈動,充分表現服務的利他精神,循著社會參與的基礎,讓地方人與人的連結得以更加穩固。

(1) The goal of the social field is to inspire students to recognize differences, be willing to affirm themselves, appreciate and respect differences.
(2) Guide students to deeply understand the relationship between social development and the natural environment, and use the central market as a micro-observation object to cultivate cross-field talents with sustainability, social responsibility, professional knowledge, and food skills.
(3) Arouse students' imagination and concern for their environment and society, and further cultivate their motivation for social practice. Finally, the value and significance of social responsibility are clarified through the context record of self-growth.
(Four) This course is designed to focus on communication and interaction as the basis, and find the context for learning about mutual trust, division of labor, and sharing between people and groups; while creative activities are being carried out, innovative and adaptable thinking is required to solve problems, based on independent action, to cultivate independent and tenacious perseverance, and strengthen the determination to face challenges; at the same time, in the pulse of social groups, the altruistic spirit of service is fully demonstrated, following the basis of social participation, so that the connection between local people can be more solid.
