教育目標 Course Target
The core objective of this course is to blend two key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 3 "Good Health and Well-being" and Goal 4 "Quality Education." Its mission is to instill in students a profound understanding of the critical link between inner balance and sustainability consciousness. By doing so, we aim to catalyze a culture of peace, non-violence, and a unified global citizenship, all in alignment with SDG Goal 16 — the pursuit of peace and inclusivity in society.
Our course utilizes creative, immersive, and multi-modal teaching methods. It begins by guiding students to recognize inner belief imbalances. Through practices that harmonize mind and body, students learn to achieve inner tranquility and equilibrium. They soon realize that many global imbalances stem from personal inner disquiet.
Through case studies and task-oriented self-learning activities, students learn to regulate their inner states and deepen their awareness of sustainable cycles. They also forge profound connections with themselves, their environment, and our planet. As a result, students transform their choices and consumption in various life domains, aligning them with equilibrium.
This course empowers students to confront external imbalances with inner balance, fostering them as sustainable citizens capable of nurturing both themselves and the Earth.
