本課程將透過引導與陪伴，協助學生從生校園活中進行不同學習媒材的學習歷程匯集，並透過反思與思辨萃取出滋養成長的養分。
過程中透過引導讓學生能從看見自己到認識自己、帶領學生從了解自我特質再到肯定自我、並透過議題討論引導學生能勇敢作夢。
課程重點在於引導學生從學科學習萃取知識養分，同時陪伴學生從生活學習萃取經驗養分，將本學期校園中的不同學習進行記錄與學習分析，讓學生們能看見自己的成長。

Through guidance and companionship, this course will help students to compile different learning process courses from different learning media through guidance and companionship, and extract nourishing and growing points through reflection and thinking.

本課程旨在培養學生自主學習的能力，讓學生從「自我提案」出發，設計個人化的學習主題，結合問題解決、跨領域統整、行動實踐與成果展現，發展學習動機、探究能力與創造表達力。
