Each week focuses on a different color as a gateway to engage with themes of perception, emotion, embodiment, and cultural meaning-making. In an era of explosion of information and rapid rhythm, "happiness" and "beauty" are no longer just philosophical thinking or artistic pursuit, but the core ability of life. Through dialogue, art appreciation and creation, life practice and reflection in psychology and philosophy, this course guides students to explore "What is happiness? What is a better life?" and builds personal meaning and value from it.
