教育目標 Course Target

2.1課程簡介

在變動快速、充滿選擇的人生中,該如何找到方向?本課程透過設計思考(Design Thinking)的方法,引導學生將人生視為可設計的作品,培養探索自我、定義問題、創造選項與實驗行動的能力。課程大量融入社會情緒學習(SEL)五大核心能力,培養學生的自我覺察(Self-awareness)、自我管理(Self-management)、社會覺察(Social awareness)、人際技巧(Relationship skills)、負責任的決策(Responsible decision-making),建立設計幸福人生的基礎。
本課程兼具實踐與反思,透過體驗、故事、敘事、繪圖、行動實驗、小組討論與生命設計工作坊等方式,幫助學生在真實世界中行動、整合經驗、反思價值、設計未來。
綜上,本課程旨在支持與陪伴學生能活得精彩,啟動新生命的旅程。

2.2教學目標
(1) 提升自我覺察能力:學生能夠清楚表達個人情緒狀態、生命經驗與價值信念,並反思其對人生方向的影響。
(2) 強化自我管理能力:學生能夠有系統地規劃並執行一項具體可行的行動原型,展現自我管理與行動調整的能力。
(3) 培養社會覺察能力:學生能具體說明並比較他人與自己在生命選擇中的觀點與價值觀差異,展現同理與社會覺察。
(4) 發展人際技巧:學生能夠有效展現團隊合作與正向溝通能力,並共同完成具有意義的小組生命設計任務。
(5) 培養負責任的決策能力:學生能夠清楚說明個人選擇背後的價值與推理歷程,並提出符合自身信念的幸福藍圖與未來行動計畫。

2.1 Course Introduction

In a life that changes rapidly and is full of choices, how do you find your direction? This course uses the Design Thinking method to guide students to view life as a designable work and cultivate the ability to explore themselves, define problems, create options and experiment with actions. The course is heavily integrated into the five core competencies of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), cultivating students' self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making, and establishing the foundation for designing a happy life.
This course combines practice and reflection. Through experiences, stories, narratives, drawings, action experiments, group discussions, and life design workshops, it helps students act in the real world, integrate experiences, reflect on values, and design the future.
To sum up, this course aims to support and accompany students to live a wonderful life and start a new life journey.

2.2 Teaching objectives
(1) Improve self-awareness: Students can clearly express personal emotional states, life experiences and value beliefs, and reflect on their impact on life direction.
(2) Strengthen self-management ability: Students can systematically plan and execute a specific and feasible action prototype, demonstrating the ability of self-management and action adjustment.
(3) Cultivate the ability of social awareness: students can specifically explain and compare the differences in opinions and values ​​between others and themselves in life choices, and demonstrate empathy and social awareness.
(4) Develop interpersonal skills: Students can effectively demonstrate teamwork and positive communication skills, and jointly complete meaningful group life design tasks.
(5) Cultivate responsible decision-making skills: Students can clearly explain the values ​​and reasoning behind personal choices, and propose a happiness blueprint and future action plan that is consistent with their own beliefs.

課程概述 Course Description

在快速變動與高度壓力的社會中,「幸福」不再只是抽象的追求,而是一種可被學習與設計的能力。本課程融合正向心理學(Positive Psychology)與生命設計(Life Design)理念,引導學生認識幸福的心理基礎,並以設計思考方法探索自我價值與人生方向。藉由討論、書寫、創作與行動計畫,學生將有機會打造一個有意義、有感、有選擇的生活樣貌。

In a rapidly changing and highly stressful society, "happiness" is no longer just an abstract pursuit, but an ability that can be learned and designed. This course integrates the concepts of Positive Psychology and Life Design to guide students to understand the psychological basis of happiness and explore self-worth and life direction using design thinking methods. Through discussion, writing, creation and action planning, students will have the opportunity to create a meaningful, emotional and selective life.
