我國已進入超高齡社會，在超高齡社會背景下，信託扮演著越來越重要的角色。信託業者提供多元的安養信託服務，涵蓋高齡財務管理、醫療保健、生活支援及社交互動等方面，以滿足高齡客戶的需求。主管機關亦積極推動相關政策，鼓勵信託業者發展信託業務；鑒於信託法自85年制定公布迄今，社會對信託之需求日增，亦為法律學習者不可或缺之學習項目，本課程將使學生了解信託於現今社會扮演之角色及其重要性，並探討目前信託法制下，適用上之困境及實務上之爭議。Our country has entered a super-high society, and under the context of super-high society, trust plays an increasingly important role.
