1.認識犯罪心理學之意涵與發展及研究範疇，學習犯罪心理學之基礎理論與應用，俾以達成防治犯罪與預防被害之目標。
2.本課程著重於探討犯罪心理學相關理論基礎，著重探討精神疾病與犯罪之關聯性，各類型犯罪者之犯罪心理及其在刑事司法體系之心理反應。使課程參與者得瞭解心理學於犯罪防治上之應用。
3.透過國內外之實際新近案例，增加對犯罪心理學之興趣，並激發課程參與者之學習動機。培養其對社會案件之獨立思考與批判思辯能力。

1. Understand the meaning, development and research scope of criminal psychology, and learn the basic theories and applications of criminal psychology in order to achieve the goals of preventing crime and preventing victimization.

This course focuses on exploring the relevant theoretical foundations of criminal psychology, focusing on the correlation between mental illness and crime, the criminal psychology of various types of offenders, and their psychological reactions in the criminal justice system. To enable course participants to understand the application of psychology in crime prevention.
