教育目標 Course Target
智慧財產法主要涵蓋四大領域：專利法、商標法、著作權法及營業秘密法。其中，在企業經營實務中，最常涉及的法律議題多與專利權與商標權相關，因此專利法與商標法尤為重要。法律系學生若畢業後有志於進入企業界發展，對於此兩門法科應具備基本的認識與理解。此外，智慧財產法已列為司法官及律師國家考試之選試科目之一。對於有意參加國考的同學而言，提早建立相關法科的基礎知識，實為必要之準備。
Intellectual property law mainly covers four major areas: patent law, trademark law, copyright law and trade secret law. Among them, in business operations, the most frequently involved legal issues are mostly related to patent rights and trademark rights, so patent law and trademark law are particularly important. If law students are interested in entering the corporate world after graduation, they should have a basic knowledge and understanding of these two legal subjects. In addition, intellectual property law has been listed as one of the optional subjects for the national examination for judicial officers and lawyers. For students who intend to take the national examination, establishing basic knowledge of relevant legal subjects in advance is a necessary preparation.
