教育目標 Course Target
氣候變遷為本世紀人類面臨之最嚴峻的生存挑戰，與氣候相關之法律制度、規範在近幾年蓬勃發展，逐漸成為重要的法律領域。本課程將透過對於氣候、能源環境法相關法律制度之學習與探討，讓同學初步認識此一法學領域。
Climate change is the most severe existential challenge facing mankind in this century. Climate-related legal systems and norms have developed vigorously in recent years and have gradually become an important legal field. This course will provide students with an initial understanding of this legal field through the study and discussion of legal systems related to climate, energy and environmental law.
