行政罰亦屬重要之行政作用。本課程前段目標在使參與同學能對我國行政罰法的基本原則、重要規範內容，以及相關學理討論有基本認識。另行政執行法為行政作用法之一環，規範相關公權力執行措施與權利救濟事項。故本課程後段欲對於行政執行法的基本架構加以介紹，透過對於行政罰法與行政執行法的了解，同時加強對整體行政法體系的認識。

Administrative rules also have an important administrative role. The goal of this course is to enable students to have basic understanding of the basic principles, important regulations and related theoretical discussions of our administrative law. In addition, the Administrative Implementation Law is one of the administrative role laws, which stipulates relevant measures for the implementation of public power and rights relief matters. Therefore, in the later part of this course, we would like to introduce the basic structure of the Administrative Implementation Law, and through our understanding of the Administrative Implementation Law and the Administrative Implementation Law, we will also strengthen our understanding of the overall administrative legal system.
