課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
本課程旨在使學生了解我過著作權法之規範，並配合時勢發展，教導學生正確之著作權觀念，並輔以國際著作權條約、美國著作權法等與我國著作權法發展相關之原理原則與重要案例。1.本課程前半部份將以講授、討論或提問辯答方式並行，由授課老師引導同學討論當週指定之教材內容，同學每週上課前請務必研讀完畢該週指定教材。同學主動參與討論列為平時成績加分項目。
2.後半部份(以分組組數訂實際週次)，每次上課第一階段由同學進行分組presentation並接受同學提問(主動提問者列為平時成績加分項目)，第二階段由授課老師講評當日報告重點及補充著作權法相關時事及其法律適用，歡迎同學主動提出主題並簡述心得(列為平時成績加分項目)。

Course Objectives and Contents
This course aims to enable students to understand the norms of China's copyright law, and to adapt to current developments, teach students the correct concept of copyright, and supplement it with principles, principles and important cases related to the development of my country's copyright law, such as international copyright treaties and U.S. copyright law. 1. The first half of this course will consist of lectures, discussions, or question and answer sessions. The teacher will guide students to discuss the designated teaching materials for that week. Students must study the designated teaching materials for that week before class each week. Students' active participation in discussions is listed as bonus points for their usual grades.
2. In the second half (the actual week will be determined by the number of groups), in the first stage of each class, students will give group presentations and accept questions from classmates (those who take the initiative to ask questions will be listed as bonus points for their usual grades). In the second stage, the teacher will comment on the key points of the day's report and supplement current affairs related to copyright law and its legal application. Students are welcome to actively propose topics and briefly describe their experiences (listed as bonus points for their usual grades).
