使同學能夠瞭解我國土地法之立法精神，掌握土地法規之體系架構與內涵，進而解決有關土地法律問題。含地權、地籍、地用等。

This enables students to understand the legislative spirit of my country's land laws, master the system structure and connotation of land laws, and then solve related land legal issues. Including land rights, cadastral, land use, etc.

本課程以講授我國土地法法典之內容為主，同時介紹土地法之特別法及其相關法規，並參酌判例、解釋令與學者之見解，對土地法規之內涵分地權、地籍、地用、地稅、徵收五個單元加以剖析。其中地權部分分地權種類、地權限制、地權調整；地籍部分分地籍測量、土地登記；地用部分分土地使用限制、房屋與基地租用、耕地租用、土地重劃；地稅部分分地價稅、增值稅、房屋稅、契稅；徵收部分分徵收要件、徵收種類、徵收程序、徵收補償講授。透過此一課程期能使同學瞭解我國土地法規之體系架構，掌握我國土地法之立法精神、熟悉我國土地法規之內容。

This course mainly teaches the content of my country's land law code, and also introduces the special laws of land law and its related regulations. It also analyzes the connotation of land laws and regulations in five units: land rights, cadastral, land use, land tax, and collection, with reference to cases, interpretation orders, and scholars' opinions. Among them, the land rights part is divided into types of land rights, land rights restrictions, and land rights adjustment; the cadastral part is divided into cadastral survey and land registration; the land use part is divided into land use restrictions, house and base rental, cultivated land rental, and land rezoning; the land tax part is divided into land price tax, value-added tax, house tax, and deed tax; the collection part is divided into collection requirements, collection types, collection procedures, and collection compensation lectures. Through this course period, students can understand the system structure of my country's land laws, grasp the legislative spirit of my country's land laws, and become familiar with the content of my country's land laws.
