教育目標 Course Target
本學期法理學課程將以羅馬法物權（占有、所有權與定限物權）為主要內容，藉由研讀羅馬法的原始文獻，培養分析法學文獻的能力，學習法學思維的方法與特性，理解法學（尤其是現行民法）基本原理的歷史與理論基礎。
The legal theory course in this period will focus on Roman law property rights (occupation, ownership and limited property rights) as the main content. By studying the original text of Roman law, we will cultivate the ability to analyze legal literature, learn the methods and characteristics of legal thinking, and understand the historical and theoretical basis of the basic principles of law (especially the current civil law).
