課程概述 Course Description
票據法為一具有高度技術性之法律規範，其內容並非僅憑一般常識即能了解，因此藉由本課程，期使學生對我國票據之規範、學理及實務運作能有深入了解。本課程將介紹票據（匯票、本票及支票）之基本概念、分類及其使用，主要內容包括：票據之簽名、票據代理、偽造、變造、各種票據行為、票據權利之移轉與行使、票據當事人之責任及權利等。
The Negotiable Instrument Law is a highly technical legal norm, and its content cannot be understood with just common sense. Therefore, through this course, students are expected to have an in-depth understanding of the norms, academic theories and practical operations of my country's Negotiable Instruments. This course will introduce the basic concepts, classification and use of bills (bills, promissory notes and checks). The main content includes: signature of bills, bill agency, forgery, alteration, various bill behaviors, transfer and exercise of bill rights, responsibilities and rights of the parties to the bill, etc.
