教育目標 Course Target
民事訴訟程序，乃為解決民事紛爭事件，且兼顧當事人之程序正義所設。因此，本課程將在民事實體法之概念基礎上，搭配民事訴訟程序進行之流程，逐步說明各環節所涉之重要爭議及其相關理論。而為使學⽣得以更廣角地掌握民事訴訟程序之架構，於課程進⾏中，授課教師除介紹重要之學說⾒解外，亦將整理、歸納具代表性之實務看法，又，因我國民事訴訟法近年來歷經數次調整，故修正之緣起及其實踐現況，亦為本課程聚焦之所在。
Civil litigation procedures are designed to resolve civil disputes while taking into account the procedural justice of the parties. Therefore, this course will be based on the concepts of civil substantive law and the process of civil litigation procedures to gradually explain the important disputes involved in each link and their related theories. In order to enable students to grasp the structure of civil procedure from a broader perspective, during the course, the instructor will not only introduce important theoretical explanations, but also organize and summarize representative practical opinions. In addition, because my country's civil procedure law has undergone several adjustments in recent years, the origin of the amendments and their current practice are also the focus of this course.
