一、本課程主要是以民法親屬編即民法第967條至1137條之規範內容及其立法緣由、沿革為講授重點，並輔以相關法規，如家事事件法、家庭暴力防治法、兒童及少年福利與權益保障法、老人福利法等規定。
二、講授與親屬法相關之實務見解，如大法官釋字242、362、587、620、712、748號等解釋，憲法法庭111年憲判字第8號判決(改定親權事件暫時處分案)、112年憲判字第4號判決(限制唯一有責配偶請求離婚判決案)及相關實務案例研析。並輔以與親屬法相關之社會新聞案例加以引導，期使學生在學習民法親屬編法條時，能夠法條與社會生活事實相互勾稽，並知悉如何適用親屬法。
三、除國內法規及實務見解外，並講授與親屬法相關之國際人權公約、海牙公約等，期使同學在理解、適用親屬法等基本概念外，並思考國際人權公約宗旨與精神，進而引導並反思我國親屬法之規範與其社會價值之意義。

1. This course mainly uses the content and legislative basis and evolution of the Civil Law, which is the main focus of the Civil Law, the legal basis and history of the Civil Law, and is based on relevant laws and regulations, such as the Family Incident Law, the Domestic Violence Prevention and Control Law, the Welfare and Rights Protection Law of Children and Youth, and the Elderly Welfare Law.
2. Discuss the practical explanations related to the law of dependent law, such as the explanations of the Supreme Court's 111th Announcement No. 8 of the 11th Announcement No. 8 of the 11th Announcement No. 4 of the 11th Announcement No. 4 of the 11th Announcement No. 4 of the 112th Announcement No. 4 of the 11th Announcement No. 242, 362, 587, 620, 712, 748 of the 11th Announcement No. 24 of the 11th Announcement No. 24 of the 11th Announcement No. 24 of the 11th Announcement No. 24 of the 11th Announcement No. 24 (restricting the only responsible spouse to seek divorce) and related practical cases. It also guides social news cases related to the law, so that students can interfere with the social life facts when learning the law of civil law, and know how to apply the law.
3. In addition to the national laws and practical understanding, the international human rights treaty and the Hague treaty related to the law are taught and authorized, so that students can think about the purpose and spirit of the international human rights treaty in addition to understanding and applying the basic concepts of the law such as the law, and then guide and reflect on the rules and social value of the law of our country.

人為群居之動物，本質地、自然地結合以互助共存、生殖繁衍、資源取得和分配等。身分係指個人在社會上的現狀及地位；身分關係係指個人基於父母子女、夫妻、親屬、家庭、監護等而發生之法益。本課程介紹我國現行法律及相關特別法。又，實務與學說並重與了解結婚、離婚、夫妻財產、父母子女親權行使、監護輔助之權利義務等。

Humans are animals that live in groups, and are essentially and naturally combined with mutual assistance, reproduction, resource acquisition and distribution, etc. Identity refers to the social status and status of an individual; identity relationship refers to the legal benefits that arise based on parents, children, husband and wife, relatives, family, family, supervision, etc. This course introduces current laws and related special laws in our country.
