教育目標 Course Target
1.以國家風景區為案例,整合景觀規劃及觀光遊憩相關理論於風景區規劃案例實際操作。
2.整合景觀及觀光遊憩資源調查及分析方法與技術,應用於風景區規劃。
3.應用土地使用適宜性分析理論及方法於整體發展構想的操作。
4.學習土地使用計畫的研擬及執行計畫發展。
5.學習財務計畫可行性分析及經濟效益分析。
6.培養團隊合作的方式與技巧及景觀專案的管理能力與方法。
1. Taking the national scenic area as a case, integrate the theories related to landscape planning and tourism and recreation into the actual operation of the scenic area planning case.
2. Integrate landscape and sightseeing and recreation resource survey and analysis methods and technologies and apply them to scenic area planning.
3. Apply land use suitability analysis theory and methods to the operation of overall development concepts.
4. Learn the preparation and implementation of land use plans and plan development.
5. Learn the feasibility analysis of financial plans and economic benefit analysis.
6. Cultivate teamwork methods and skills as well as landscape project management capabilities and methods.
