教育目標 Course Target

1.以國家風景區為案例,整合景觀規劃及觀光遊憩相關理論於風景區規劃案例實際操作。 2.整合景觀及觀光遊憩資源調查及分析方法與技術,應用於風景區規劃。 3.應用土地使用適宜性分析理論及方法於整體發展構想的操作。 4.學習土地使用計畫的研擬及執行計畫發展。 5.學習財務計畫可行性分析及經濟效益分析。 6.培養團隊合作的方式與技巧及景觀專案的管理能力與方法。1. Taking the national scenic area as a case, integrate landscape planning and tourism recreational related theory on the actual operation of the scenic area planning case. 2. Integrate landscape and sightseeing and sightseeing and recreational resources survey and analysis methods and technologies, and apply them to landscape area planning. 3. Application of land use suitability analysis theory and methods on the overall development structure operation. 4. Learn the research and implementation of land use planning and the development of planning. 5. Learn about financial planning feasibility analysis and economic benefit analysis. 6. Cultivate the methods and skills of team cooperation and the management capabilities and methods of landscape projects.
