本課程以日常生活中的實用產品為核心,聚焦於廚房小家電與衛浴用品兩大類,透過設計實驗與設計營的規劃與實作,
培養學生觀察生活、洞察使用者需求、規劃設計流程並提出具創新性與可行性的產品提案之能力。
課程強調從「生活經驗出發」的設計方法,讓學生透過實際操作設計活動(Design Activities)來活化創意思維,
深化使用者體驗導向的設計實務能力。

>課程內容與進度概述
第一階段:基礎導入(週1~週3)
生活用品設計導論:產品類型、設計趨勢與產業分析
案例解析:從成功的產品設計看設計實驗與設計營的實踐
小組成立與主題設定:根據生活觀察提出初步問題意識

第二階段:設計活動規劃與實驗實作(週4~週8)
小組設計營企劃:目標設定、流程規劃、使用者參與設計方法介紹
設計實驗執行:包含使用者測試、行為觀察、感官反饋收集
使用旅程分析:透過Persona與User Journey Map呈現觀察結果

第三階段:設計概念發展與提案(週9~週12)
期中成果發表:實驗結果分析與初步概念提案
案例分享與講評:由授課教師與業界設計師提供專業回饋
設計深化與驗證:進一步完善產品功能、造型與使用體驗

第四階段:成果統整與展示(週13~週18)
完整設計提案:含設計草圖、使用情境模擬、基本規格說明

>Teaching objectives
This course takes practical products in daily life as the core, focusing on the two categories of small kitchen appliances and bathroom supplies. Through the planning and implementation of design experiments and design camps,
Cultivate students' ability to observe life, gain insight into user needs, plan the design process, and propose innovative and feasible product proposals.
The course emphasizes the design method based on "life experience" and allows students to activate their creative thinking through practical design activities (Design Activities).
Deepen user experience-oriented design practice capabilities.

>Overview of course content and progress
The first stage: basic introduction (week 1 to week 3)
Introduction to daily necessities design: product types, design trends and industry analysis
Case analysis: Looking at the practice of design experiments and design camps from the perspective of successful product design
Group establishment and theme setting: raising preliminary awareness of issues based on life observations

The second stage: design activity planning and experimental implementation (week 4 to week 8)
Group Design Camp Planning: Introduction to goal setting, process planning, and user participation in design methods
Design experiment execution: including user testing, behavioral observation, and sensory feedback collection
Using Journey Analysis: Presenting observations through Persona and User Journey Map

The third stage: design concept development and proposal (week 9 to week 12)
Mid-term results publication: analysis of experimental results and preliminary concept proposal
Case sharing and commentary: Professional feedback provided by teachers and industry designers
Design deepening and verification: further improving product functions, styling and user experience

The fourth stage: Integration and display of results (week 13 to week 18)
Complete design proposal: including design sketches, usage scenario simulation, and basic specifications
Team briefing and visual representation skills guidance
Final presentation: public display and comments by teachers

以生活用品—廚房小家電與衛浴產品為基礎,學習產品實驗的設計/設計營規劃與執行,並由實驗結果中歸納展開設計概念,進行新設計提案。
課程重點在於設計活動的規劃與執行,藉由Design avtivity來活化設計能量。

Based on daily necessities - small kitchen appliances and bathroom products, students will learn the design/design camp planning and execution of product experiments, and summarize and develop design concepts from the experimental results to make new design proposals.
The course focuses on the planning and execution of design activities, and activates design energy through Design avtivity.
1. Overview of daily necessities; case sharing on how to conduct product experiments and design camp planning/analysis
2. Organize design camps into groups and arrange product experiments
3. Publish experimental results and propose concepts
4. Publish the drawings of the new design proposal at the end of the term
case analysis
