課程目標:
介紹神經系統之基本構造和功能，以及神經系統疾病如何影響人類的感覺，運動，情緒和認知能力。
課程內涵:
神經系統除了是科學家們極欲解密的課題，也是生物醫學研究中快速發展的領域之一。本課程是為音樂治療學程之學生所開設，課程將簡單介紹神經系統細胞層級的結構與功能，接著在神經迴路的架構上探討知覺的訊號傳遞以及肢體運動的控制迴路，接著介紹高層次的大腦功能，包括動機、情緒、腦波與睡眠、語言、專注力與意識、以及大腦的疾病。課程中將強調神經系統疾病例以加強基礎知識與臨床實務的連結。

Course objectives:
Introduce the basic structure and function of the nervous system, and how neurological diseases affect human sensation, movement, emotion, and cognitive abilities.
Course content:
In addition to being a subject that scientists are eager to decipher, the nervous system is also one of the rapidly developing areas of biomedical research.本課程是為音樂治療學程之學生所開設，課程將簡單介紹神經系統細胞層級的結構與功能，接著在神經迴路的架構上探討知覺的訊號傳遞以及肢體運動的控制迴路，接著介紹高層次的大腦功能，包括動機、情緒、腦波與睡眠、語言、專注力與意識、以及大腦的疾病。 Cases of neurological diseases will be emphasized in the course to strengthen the connection between basic knowledge and clinical practice.
