從媒材的討論中認識膠彩，並藉由基礎的繪製過程、練習，認識膠彩特性，其天然材料與多樣至今仍延續使用的藝術價值。藉由傳統媒材的熟悉與運用過程中，整理個人繪畫邏輯，讓媒材成就個人創作表現風貌。除了媒材認識與實踐外，亦針對傳統膠彩的特質演變介紹與當代膠彩表現進行討論。

Learn about gelatin through the discussion of media, and through basic painting processes and exercises, understand the characteristics of gelatin. Its natural materials and diverse artistic value are still used today. Through the process of becoming familiar with and using traditional media, he organizes his personal painting logic and allows the media to achieve his personal creative expression style. 課程著重於膠彩媒材的廣泛應用，藉由介紹各種技法與素材的交互配合及演練，開發並擴充膠彩創作的領域。
