教育目標 Course Target

從十九世紀末期的印象派開始,到第二次世界大戰之間的諸項藝術流派的發展作為此課程的結構主軸。歐洲二十世紀前半葉複雜、混亂的政治及社會狀態,相對應的呼應現代藝術的叛逆特質以及追求對「新的忠誠」的理論根據。藉由課程的編排了解現代藝術對探求藝術可能性的熱切渴望,從而建立起學生對早期現代主義藝術發展的基本概念,了解諸如「現成物」以及「材質通俗化」等現代藝術時期即萌生的重要概念及手法,並作為理解在二次戰後的藝術往多方位發展的先導思路。

The development of various art schools from the beginning of Impressionism in the late 19th century to the Second World War serves as the structural main axis of this course. The complex and chaotic political and social conditions in Europe in the first half of the 20th century corresponded to the rebellious characteristics of modern art and the theoretical basis for its pursuit of "new loyalties." Through the arrangement of the course, students understand modern art's eagerness to explore artistic possibilities, thereby establishing students' basic concepts of the development of early modernist art, and understanding important concepts and techniques that emerged in the modern art period, such as "ready-made objects" and "popularization of materials." This serves as a guide for understanding the multi-faceted development of art after World War II.

課程概述 Course Description

本課程所討論的時間範圍主要從工業革命以後,由於產業革命與資本主義的興起對於19世紀末到當代的相關藝術與作品、流派之議題探討。

The time range discussed in this course is mainly from after the industrial revolution, due to the rise of the industrial revolution and capitalism, to the discussion of related art, works, and genre issues from the late 19th century to the present day.
