修課學生修習本課程後將可獲得以下五項核心能力
一、 親自參與並瞭解運動休閒與健康管理的行政、經營與操作之運作程序與內涵。
二、 在業界教師的指導下，實際入場域進行現場教學、工作經營與輔導。
三、 獲得實際規劃單元活動計畫、現場教學與反思改進的能力。
四、 獲得從企業參與現場經驗中累積整理學習歷程，並呈現學習成果的能力。
