Professional Practice II
教育目標 Course Target
透過與企業橋接實習，由輔導老師及指導老師將一起合作，帶領著實習生在實際場域獲得最大的學習，為未來教學做更好的準備。
修課學生修習本課程後將可獲得以下五項核心能力
一、親自參與並瞭解高齡健康與運動科學的行政、經營與操作之運作程序與內涵。
二、在業界教師的指導下，實際入場域進行現場教學、工作經營與輔導。
三、獲得實際規劃單元活動計畫、現場教學與反思改進的能力。
四、獲得從企業參與現場經驗中累積整理學習歷程，並呈現學習成果的能力。
五、獲得協同創新教學與反思的能力。
Through bridging internships with companies, tutors and instructors will work together to lead interns to gain maximum learning in the actual field and better prepare for future teaching.
Students who take this course will acquire the following five core competencies after taking this course
1. Personally participate in and understand the operating procedures and connotations of the administration, management and operation of senior health and sports science.
2. Under the guidance of industry teachers, actually enter the field to conduct on-site teaching, work management and coaching.
3. Acquire the ability to actually plan unit activity plans, on-site teaching and reflection and improvement.
4. Acquire the ability to accumulate and organize the learning process from the company's on-site experience and present the learning results.
5. Acquire the ability to collaboratively innovate teaching and reflection.
