"Nutrition" introduces the mechanism that how food influence our health and nourish the human body. Macro- and Micro-nutrients will be discussed for their function and daily intake recommendation. The relationship between food sources and nutrients will be addressed in this course.
The "Nutrition" course will introduce how food affects human health and discuss the daily requirements and functionality of micro and macronutrients.
In conjunction with the Smart Rainforest Project, this course will work with teachers and students from the Department of Engineering to create AI nutrition and diet recommendation reference data based on nutrition to enhance students' smart application capabilities.
