本課程希望培養學生面對數位時代公共治理挑戰的核心能力,藉由系統性地介紹數位治理理論基礎,並強化案例分析與實務應用技能,使學生能夠有效運用現代科技提升公共服務品質。
在技術應用層面,學生將深入掌握物聯網與數位孿生技術在公共政策制定中的具體運用。透過智慧城市營運中心實地參訪,學生能實際了解IoT感測網路在交通管理、環境監測等領域的操作機制,並學習如何將這些技術整合到政策規劃過程中。
此外,本課程特別重視公民導向的服務設計理念,課程將介紹如何以民眾需求為出發點,設計更貼近公民期待的數位服務。同時,課程強化學生在跨域協調與數據治理方面的專業素養,培養處理複雜治理議題所需的整合能力。This course hopes to cultivate students' core capabilities to face the challenges of public governance in the digital era, systematically introduce the basics of digital governance theory, and strengthen case analysis and practical application skills, so that students can effectively use modern technology to improve the quality of public services.
In the technical application level, students will have a deep understanding of the specific use of Internet of Things and digital biotechnology in public policy formulation. Through the smart city operation center site visits, students can actually understand the operation mechanisms of IoT sensing networks in areas such as traffic management and environmental monitoring, and learn how to integrate these technologies into policy planning.
In addition, this course specifically focuses on the service design concept of citizen-oriented. The course will introduce how to develop the needs of the people and design digital services that are closer to citizens' expectations. At the same time, the course strengthens students' professional qualities in cross-domain coordination and data governance, and cultivates the integration capabilities required to deal with complex governance issues.
