多元教學方式 (Muliti-Teaching Methods)
1.本課程為刑法法課程延伸，可協助學生進行犯罪行為發生探討、對應課以刑罰、犯罪預防及矯正情形，目的在協助學生參加國家公務員考試，包括行政警察類科與司法特類科等考試。犯罪學為研究犯罪現象、規律、發生原因之一門基礎科學。本學期主要探討犯罪與犯罪學概念、犯罪學理論發展趨勢、犯罪類型與成因，以及犯罪防治對策等
2.同時犯罪學研究犯罪行為的成因和影響，有助於同學對於刑法的制定與修正，更深入料了解法律是否能夠更貼合社會實際需求
3.了解刑事司法政策能否基於犯罪學相關研究論述，評析制定執法方式、懲戒措施及犯罪預防策略是否有效

Multi-Teaching Methods
1. This course is an extension of the criminal law course. It can assist students in discussing the occurrence of criminal acts, corresponding punishments, crime prevention and correction. The purpose is to assist students in participating in the national civil service examination, including administrative police examinations and judicial special examinations. Criminology is a basic science that studies the phenomena, patterns and causes of crime. This semester mainly discusses the concepts of crime and criminology, the development trends of criminology theory, types and causes of crime, and crime prevention and control strategies, etc.
2. At the same time, criminology studies the causes and effects of criminal behavior, which will help students formulate and amend criminal laws and gain a deeper understanding of whether the law can better meet the actual needs of society.
3. Understand whether criminal justice policies can be based on criminology-related research and discussion, and evaluate whether the formulation of law enforcement methods, disciplinary measures and crime prevention strategies are effective.
