教育目標 Course Target
警察法規係一般警察寺等特考之考試科目，本系學生較少涉獵，基於想投入警察行列的學生越來越多，本系也開設相關課程提供學生選修，獨缺警察法規一門，基於學生需求，開設本課程。依據考選部的考試命題大綱，本科試題命題範圍包括：包括警察法、行政執行法、社會秩序維護法、警械使用條例、集會遊行法、警察職權行使法、行政程序法、公務人員行政中立法。
Police Laws and Regulations is a test subject for general police examinations and other special examinations. Students in this department are rarely involved in it. Since more and more students want to join the police force, this department also offers related courses for students to take as electives. Police Laws and Regulations is the only subject. This course is offered based on the needs of students. According to the examination proposition outline of the Examination and Selection Department, the scope of undergraduate examination questions includes: Police Law, Administrative Execution Law, Social Order Maintenance Law, Regulations on the Use of Police Equipment, Assembly and Procession Law, Police Powers Exercise Law, Administrative Procedure Law, and Law on Administrative Neutrality of Public Servants.
