教育目標 Course Target
警察法規係一般警察寺等特考之考試科目，本系學生較少涉獵，基於想投入警察行列的學生越來越多，本系也開設相關課程提供學生選修，獨缺警察法規一門，基於學生需求，開設本課程。依據考選部的考試命題大綱，本科試題命題範圍包括：包括警察法、行政執行法、社會秩序維護法、警械使用條例、集會遊行法、警察職權行使法、行政程序法、公務人員行政中立法。
Police Laws and general police temples and other special examination subjects, this department has fewer students involved in the key points. There are more and more students who want to join the police ranks. This department has also opened relevant courses to provide student selection. There is no police law and this course is established based on the needs of students. According to the examination questions of the examination department, the scope of undergraduate examination questions includes: Police Law, Administrative Enforcement Law, Social Order Maintenance Law, Police Equipment Use Rules, Conference Travel Law, Police Rights Exercise Law, Administrative Procedure Law, and Public Personnel Administrative Neutral Legislation.
