教育目標 Course Target
人人都是消費者,保護消費者是現代政府的重要任務,消費者保護法涉及面涵蓋每一個人的食、衣、住、行、育、樂等各方面,每一項都關係到個人的生活福祉及權益。本課程先由教師搭配實務上的個案講授理論,再由同學報告,老師同學根據課堂之報告講述分析,使同學建立正確的消費觀念與應用。 本課程主要的授課方式,系上將日常常見之消費問題導入課程方式進行對話教學設計,讓教學成為開放、理性溝通的互動過程;為學生提供理論與實務式兼顧之法律知識,促進學生對消費法律之認知,培養學生跨領域事務處理能力,並引導同仁學思考風險消費關係中之經濟體分等議題,以發展人文能力等議題,以發展人文能力促使同仁學講能力。本課程目的是教授「消費者保護法」的主要內容,包括消保法的基本原則、商品服務責任、特種貿易、定化型契約、消費資訊之規範、以及消費爭議之處理等。 本課程除介紹消費者保護法之基本內容外,同時以目前實際發生的案例,來幫助同學吸收內容。此外,同時介紹公平交易法、食品衛生管理法、藥事法等相關法規,讓同學能廣泛了解消保問題,並協助同學在實際案例中學習運用法律處理日常生活中的消費爭議。每個人都是消費者,保護消費者是現代政府的重要任務之一。消費者權益保護法涵蓋了每個人的吃、穿、住、行、學、樂,每一項都關係到每個人的生活福利和權利。本課程將先結合實際案例講授理論,然後由學生進行報告。教師在課堂上根據學生的報告進行講解和分析,使學生建立正確的消費觀念和應用。本課程的主要教學方式是:將日常生活中常見的消費問題引入課程方法進行對話式教學設計,使教學成為一個開放理性的互動過程;透過提供生理理論與實踐相結合的法律知識,增強學生對消費者法律的認知,培養學生跨地域事務處理能力,引導學生思考當今消費關係中的經濟倫理與風險分擔,從而鼓勵學生建立人文思維能力。本課程旨在講授《消費者保護法》的主要內容,包括《消費者保護法》的基本原則、商品和服務的責任、特殊採購、標準化合約、消費者資訊法規以及消費糾紛的處理。除了介紹消費者保護法的基本內容外,本課程還將結合現今發生的案例,幫助學生吸收相關內容。此外,還將介紹《公平交易法》、《食品衛生管理法》、《藥事法》等相關法規,使學生對消費者保護問題有廣泛的了解,並幫助學生在實際案例中學習運用法律處理日常生活中的消費糾紛。
Everyone is a consumer, and protecting consumers is an important task of modern government. Consumer protection laws cover everyone’s food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, entertainment and other aspects. Each of them is related to the individual’s life well-being and rights. In this course, the teacher will first teach the theory with practical cases, and then the students will report. The teacher and students will analyze and analyze based on the class report, so that the students can establish correct consumption concepts and applications. The main teaching method of this course is to introduce daily common consumer issues into the course method for dialogue teaching design, making teaching an interactive process of open and rational communication; providing students with legal knowledge that takes into account both theory and practice, and promotes Improve students' understanding of consumer law, cultivate students' ability to handle cross-field affairs, and guide colleagues to think about economic classification issues in risky consumption relationships to develop humanistic abilities and other issues, so as to develop humanistic abilities and promote colleagues' learning ability. The purpose of this course is to teach the main contents of "Consumer Protection Law", including the basic principles of consumer protection law, product and service liability, special trade, standardized contracts, consumer information regulations, and the handling of consumer disputes, etc. In addition to introducing the basic content of consumer protection law, this course also uses current actual cases to help students absorb the content. In addition, relevant laws and regulations such as the Fair Trade Act, Food Hygiene Management Act, and Pharmaceutical Affairs Act are introduced at the same time, so that students can have a broad understanding of consumer protection issues, and help students learn to use the law to deal with consumer disputes in daily life in actual cases. The Consumer Rights Protection Law covers everyone’s food, clothing, housing, transportation, schooling, and entertainment, and each item is related to everyone’s life welfare and rights. This course will first teach theory based on actual cases, and then students will give presentations. Teachers explain and analyze students' reports in class so that students can establish correct consumption concepts and applications. The main teaching methods of this course are: introducing common consumption issues in daily life into the curriculum method for conversational teaching design, making teaching an open and rational interactive process; by providing legal knowledge that combines physiological theory and practice, it enhances students' understanding of consumer laws, cultivates students' ability to handle cross-regional affairs, and guides students to think about economic ethics and risk sharing in today's consumer relationships, thereby encouraging students to build humanistic thinking abilities. This course aims to teach the main contents of the Consumer Protection Law, including the basic principles of the Consumer Protection Law, liability for goods and services, special procurement, standardized contracts, consumer information regulations and the handling of consumer disputes. In addition to introducing the basic content of consumer protection law, this course will also combine current cases to help students absorb relevant content. In addition, relevant regulations such as the Fair Trade Act, the Food Hygiene Management Act, and the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act will be introduced to give students a broad understanding of consumer protection issues and help students learn to use the law to deal with consumer disputes in daily life in actual cases.
