Everyone is a consumer, and protecting consumers is an important task of the modern government. The consumer protection law covers every person's food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and fun, and each is related to the welfare and rights of his or her life. This course will first teach the theory with a practical case, and then the students will report it. The teachers will analyze it according to the class report, so that the students can establish correct consumption concepts and applications. The main teaching method of this course is to introduce daily consumption problems into the course to conduct dialogue teaching design, so that teaching can become an open and rational interactive process; provide students with legal knowledge that combines theory and practice, and promotes the use of legal knowledge and practice. Improve students' understanding of consumption laws, cultivate students' cross-regional affairs handling ability, and guide colleagues to think about economic scores in risk consumption relations, develop humanistic abilities and other discussions, and promote colleagues' teaching ability by developing humanistic abilities. The main teaching methods of this course are: introduce common consumer problems in daily life into the course method to conduct dialogue teaching design, so that teaching becomes an open and rational interactive process; by providing legal knowledge that combines physiological theory and practice, enhancing students' understanding of consumer law, cultivating students' cross-regional affairs handling ability, guiding students to think about economic ethics and risk division in today's consumer relations, thereby encouraging students to establish humanistic thinking ability. This course aims to teach the main contents of the Consumer Protection Act, including the basic principles of the Consumer Protection Act, the responsibility for goods and services, special purchases, standardized contracts, consumer information regulations, and the handling of consumer disputes. In addition to introducing the basic content of consumer protection laws, this course will also combine cases that have occurred today to help students absorb related content. In addition, relevant regulations such as the Fair Trade Law, the Food Hygiene Management Law, and the Medicine Law will be introduced to enable students to have a broad understanding of consumer protection issues and help students learn to use the law to deal with consumer disputes in daily life in actual cases.
