教育目標 Course Target
民法是規範人民權利義務、且具生活化特質的基礎法律。鑑於法律在生活中日漸重要，認識民法有助於修課同學日後生活中之應用，並對於社會生活有所助益。另外，由於民法為私法領域的基礎法，民法總則乃所有民事法規的基本原則，因此，本課程之目的，在使修課同學掌握民法體系及民法總則編之規定，作為日後學習其他民事法律規定之基礎。課程安排與進度上，亦會盡可能涵蓋民法其他各編與其他民事法之重要概念，以利修課同學對民事法有完整掌握。
Civil law is the basic law that regulates people's rights and obligations and has life-oriented characteristics. In view of the increasing importance of law in life, understanding civil law will help students take the course to apply it in their future lives, and will be helpful to social life. In addition, since civil law is the basic law in the field of private law, and the general principles of civil law are the basic principles of all civil laws and regulations, the purpose of this course is to enable students to master the civil law system and the provisions of the general principles of civil law as a basis for studying other civil law provisions in the future. In terms of course arrangement and progress, other sections of civil law and other important concepts of civil law will be covered as much as possible to facilitate students taking the course to have a complete grasp of civil law.
