教育目標 Course Target
行政學的課程設計目的,旨在協助本班同學建立對行政理論與實務的基本認識,進而誘發同學們學習、瞭解、解決公共事務及其問題的興趣,也藉此期能建立同學們投入特定議題觀察、發覺並分析行政問題的能力。本學期的課程安排偏重行政學通論,授課內容廣及「行政學基礎、行政環境、政府再造、府際關係、行政倫理與課責、管理與組織理論、組織行為、管理主義與資訊科技、策略管理與政府管制、行政領導、人事管理、社會公平、公共財務管理、計畫審計與評估」等主題。授課過程結合實務案例介紹、行政問題討論等作法,以拉近行政學與生活的距離,協助同學們進入行政學的世界。
The purpose of the course design of Administration is to help students in this class establish a basic understanding of administrative theory and practice, thereby stimulating students' interest in learning, understanding, and solving public affairs and their problems. It also builds students' ability to observe, discover, and analyze administrative problems by investing in specific issues. This semester's course arrangement focuses on general administration, and the teaching content covers a wide range of topics such as "administrative foundations, administrative environment, government reconstruction, intergovernmental relations, administrative ethics and responsibilities, management and organizational theory, organizational behavior, managerialism and information technology, strategic management and government regulation, administrative leadership, personnel management, social equity, public financial management, plan auditing and evaluation". The teaching process combines practical case introduction, discussion of administrative issues and other methods to shorten the distance between administration and life and help students enter the world of administration.

行政學就是介紹公共行政這個研究領域的入門課。公共行政是研究和探討有關公部門活動應然面(ought to be)和實然面(what it is)的知識。所以行政學這門課是淺易而廣泛的介紹在社會中政府所扮演的角色、具備的功能、呈現在外的活動、以及吾人思考與觀察的角度。
Administrative Studies is an introductory course that introduces the field of study of public administration. Public administration is the study and exploration of knowledge about what should be and what it is in public sector activities. Therefore, the course of Administration is a simple and broad introduction to the role of the government in society, its functions, external activities, and the perspectives from which we think and observe.
