本課程聚焦於媒體如何參與政治權力的建構與爭奪,從選舉操作、國族敘事、戰爭傳播、到假訊息戰與數位外交,系統性探討政治傳播理論與全球傳播策略。學生將深入分析Agenda-Setting、Framing等傳播模型,並透過跨國案例理解媒體如何成為政權工具、民主堡壘或國際話語戰的戰場。
課程結合理論研讀、案例分析與模擬演練,培養學生批判分析能力與國際新聞素養,亦強調危機傳播與資訊治理能力的實作應用。學生將以小組方式完成一項國際議題的新聞策略提案,並進行模擬記者會發表。
This course focuses on how the media participates in the construction and struggle of political power, from selection operations, national affairs, war spread, to fake information wars and digital diplomacy, systematically explores political communication theory and global communication strategies. Students will analyze Agenda-Setting, Framing and other communication models in depth, and understand through cross-country cases how media becomes a battlefield for political tools, democracies or international vocabulary.
The course provides reasonable discussion and research, case analysis and simulation practice, cultivates students' critical analysis skills and international news cultivation, and also emphasizes the practical application of crisis communication and information governance capabilities. Students will complete a news strategy proposal for international topics in a group and publish it by the reporter.
