近年來國際整合趨勢日益熱絡，而國家間經濟的相互影響也逐步緊密，本課程除了提供開放型總體經濟的國際金融理論介紹，包括總體經濟模型與外匯政策涵義，也會在課堂上提供實務案例分析，希望增進學生對於世界開放經濟體系有進一步的深入了解。本課程內涵包括國際所得與收支帳的介紹、匯率與外匯市場、總體經濟與匯率之間的關係與國際總體政策，並誘導學生探討開發中國家所面臨的課題與改革，冀望學生能了解開發中國家的處境與轉機為何。

In recent years, the trend of international integration has become increasingly intense, and the economic interaction between countries has gradually become closer. In addition to providing an introduction to the international financial theory of an open overall economy, including the implications of overall economic models and foreign exchange policies, this course will also provide practical case analysis in the classroom, hoping to enhance students' further understanding of the world's open economic system. The content of this course includes an introduction to international income and balance of payments accounts, exchange rates and foreign exchange markets, the relationship between the overall economy and exchange rates, and overall international policies. It also induces students to explore the issues and reforms facing developing countries, hoping that students can understand the situation and turning points of developing countries.

本課程教學目的乃對於開放經濟體系，提供總體經濟理論的進階分析及模型延伸，尤其在總體經濟政策的效果分析及涵義上。並對整體世界經濟體系，互相依存的國際金融制度沿革及發展，外匯市場、國際收支的調節理論均為主題。主要內容包括：國際收支帳的介紹，各種匯率體制的發展及優劣比較，國際金融體制現況與變革，開放型總體經濟模型的建立、運作與架構，總體經濟政策效果分析，國際經濟景氣的傳輸與互動的探討，國際收支與匯率動態調節過程的理論。

The teaching purpose of this course is to provide advanced analysis and model extension of overall economic theory for open economic systems, especially in the analysis and implications of the effects of overall economic policies. The overall world economic system, the evolution and development of the interdependent international financial system, the foreign exchange market, and the adjustment theory of the balance of payments are all topics. The main contents include: introduction to the international balance of payments, the development and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various exchange rate systems, the current situation and changes of the international financial system, the establishment, operation and structure of the open overall economic model, analysis of the overall economic policy effects, discussion of the transmission and interaction of the international economic boom, and the theory of the dynamic adjustment process of the international balance of payments and exchange rates.
