教育目標 Course Target
本課程藉由探討金融市場的變化，對公司財務規劃的影響，課程內容結合財務金融等相關理論，並介紹公司財務工具與策略的運用，課程內容也涵蓋資金籌措，投資決策，公司成長步驟，風險與管理以及股利政策等面向，讓學生了解企業如何藉由財務策略的規劃，來爲公司創造更高的長期價值。
This course explores the changes in the financial market, the impact on company financial planning, the course content combines relevant theories such as financial finance, and introduces the use of company financial tools and strategies. The course content also covers fund measures, investment decisions, company growth steps, risk and management, and dividend policies, allowing students to understand how companies can create higher long-term value for the company through the planning of financial strategies.
