淨零永續，金融先行! 台灣的證交所、國發基金與環境部合作，已成立「台灣碳權交易所」，此平台建立有助與國際合作，達成減碳的目標。本課程從氣候變遷議題，時下最新的淨零碳排知識觀念出發，系統性的介紹減碳知識，綠色金融、碳金融市場，讓學生從趨勢觀念中學習良好的金融投資觀念，連結碳權交易，期望學生從最新市場環境趨勢中，學習正確實務觀念、知識，成為金融綠領人才。Clean and zero will last forever, finance will come first! Taiwan’s certificate exchange, the National Development Fund and the Ministry of Environment have established the “Taiwan Carbon Rights Exchange”. Fighting global warming and climate change has become a common understanding in the world. Green Finance took advantage of the situation and launched an industrial revolution around the world. There is a Chinese book that still has no green finance in China. I hope that the world of this book can be conveyed to readers who are interested in it for more useful information.
With the steadily global warming trend, green finance has become an important development direction in the world's financial markets; according to the definition of the United Nations Environment Agency (UNEP), all financial commodities and services created with the goal of "friendly environment", including loans, insurance, investment and debt mechanisms, can be called green finance.
Since the first edition of "Green Finance" was published in May 2023, it has received extensive attention and good reviews and has been sold out in less than a year. Due to strong market demand and publishers’ suggestions, we decided to launch a second edition of this book. In this new version, we not only comprehensively updated and expanded the content, but also specially added relevant introductions to the carbon trading market. As one of the important tools for global promotion of carbon reduction and sustainable development, the carbon rights trading market is increasingly valued by financial markets and policy makers, so we believe that it is necessary to include this important area into the discussion scope of this book so that readers can have a more comprehensive understanding of various aspects of green finance.
