教育目標 Course Target

1.落實中央政府的勞動政策-學校與企業合作,教學與職業需求接軌,使學生
未來能成為職場上有魅力、有準備的知識工作者。
2.共通性核心職能分為:
(1)促進勞動力自動自發的動機職能,旨在增實有我的「認知」訓練,
(2)促進容他有他的行為職能,旨在增強有他的「認同」訓練,
(3)促進觀念理念的知識職能,旨在增強客觀的「認識」訓練。
3.瞭解企業的社會責任與企業倫理

1. Implement the central government’s labor policy - schools cooperate with enterprises and align teaching with career needs so that students
Become an attractive and well-prepared knowledge worker in the workplace in the future.
2. Common core functions are divided into:
(1) Promote the automatic and spontaneous motivation function of the labor force, aiming to enhance self-conscious "cognitive" training,
(2) Promote him to have his own behavioral functions, aiming to enhance his "identity" training,
(3) Promote the knowledge function of concepts and concepts, aiming to enhance objective "cognition" training.
3. Understand corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics
