本課程目標介紹ESG管理實務，課程內容包含探討企業環境、社會與治理等議題。環境面探討TCFD架構、介紹組織溫室氣體盤查與碳足跡。社會面包含評估社會投資工具，例如SROI與B4SI框架，透過此工具評估企業社會績效，治理面包含公司治理3.0與上市櫃公司永續發展行動方案內容。本課程除深入探討ESG三個構面議題外，亦介紹企業永續報告書之框架-GRI，協助同學解讀企業之永續報告書所傳遞之資訊。

The purpose of this course introduces ESG management practices, and the course includes exploring corporate environment, society and governance. Environmental exploration of TCFD structure, introduction of the temperature room gas plate inspection and carbon footprint. The social aspect includes evaluating social investment tools, such as the SROI and B4SI frameworks, which use this tool to evaluate corporate social performance. The governance aspect includes corporate governance 3.0 and the permanent development action plan for listed companies. In addition to in-depth discussions on the three structural topics of ESG, this course also introduces the framework of the company's permanent report book - GRI, to help students understand the information conveyed by the company's permanent report book.
