本課程為企業全職實習之課程。全職之意，指比照正式員工，一周工作五天一天八小時。修課同學需經過學系的資格審查，及實習企業的甄選錄取，始能修習本課程。
在實習過程中，除了接受任課教師的輔導與監督之外，實習企業也會指派一名業師在工作的職位進行指導。實習生需依照業師指導，在企業實際工作，藉由實作來學習工作的態度、技能及實務上的專業知識。
本課程目的在幫助學生將學術跨學科知識和批判性思維技能應用於真實的工作環境，從而幫助他們探索未來的職業選擇，並發揮學生的商業職業潛力。

This course is a full-time internship course in a company. Full-time means working five days a week and eight hours a day compared to regular employees. Students taking this course must go through the qualification review of the department and the selection and admission of the internship company before they can study this course.
During the internship process, in addition to receiving guidance and supervision from the teachers, the internship company will also assign an industry teacher to provide guidance at the work position. Interns need to follow the guidance of industry teachers and actually work in the company, learning work attitudes, skills and practical professional knowledge through practice.
The purpose of this course is to help students apply academic interdisciplinary knowledge and critical thinking skills to real work settings, thereby helping them explore future career options and realize their business career potential.
